IGT's Wheel of Fortune and online MegaJackpots slots award $4M in April with trio of million-dollar jackpots

International Game Technology (IGT) announced Thursday that its Wheel of Fortune and MegaJackpots slots awarded a trio of million-dollar-plus jackpotsin April. 

On April 4, a Wheel of Fortune slots player won $1,794,169 playing Wheel of Fortune Double Diamond at the Nugget Casino Resort in Reno, Nevada while another player won $1,106,270 on April 11 playing Wheel of Fortune DiamondSpins 2X Wilds at the Golden Nugget in Las Vegas. 

On April 19, an onlineMegaJackpots slots player won $1,108,315 playing MegaJackpots JungleTower on FanDuel Casino in Michigan. 

The Wheel of Fortune slot is inspired by the popular Wheel of Fortune TV program, which reaches more than 25 million weekly viewers. Trademarked as America’s Game, it has earned seven Emmy Awards including a Daytime Emmy for Outstanding Game/Audience Participation Show.

Wheel of Fortune slots have minted over 1,100 millionaires and awarded over $3.5 billion in jackpots since their launch in 1996, the company said.
