Holland Casino names Petra de Ruiter as new CEO following Erwin van Lambaart's departure

Petra de Ruiter will become the new CEO of Holland Casino as of September 1, 2022. She will replace Erwin van Lambaart, who stepped down in April to become CEO at Casinos Austria. Petra is currently Chief Operations Officer at Dutch airline Transavia. She is responsible for the entire business operations, including safety at Transavia. De Ruitter will join Ruud Bergervoet and Malinda Miener in the management team.
Petra de Ruiter has been appointed as new CEO of Holland Casino. Erwin van Lambaart left the company. In April, Holland reported an 8.7% year-on-year decline in revenue. The company saw the launch of online gaming on October 2. However, it was not enough to make up for the decline of land-based casino revenue caused by Covid-19 restrictions.
