Gambler wins nearly $600K playing poker at N.J. casino

A gambler from Connecticut won almost $600,000 playing Four Card Poker at a table in Harrah’s Resort Atlantic City on Saturday, the casino said.
The player, identified only as Paul D., had a royal flush with spades in the All-In Progressive Poker MEGA Jackpot, Harrah’s said. The jackpot was worth $593,990.
The game is part of Caesars Entertainment’s multi-linked All-In Progressive Poker Jackpot at Caesars, Tropicana and Harrah’s in Atlantic City.
To be eligible for the mega jackpot, gamblers wager on a progressive game at any of the three casinos. The games in the jackpot include Four Card Poker, Let It Ride, Three Card Poker, Ultimate Texas Hold’em, Mississippi Stud Poker and Texas Hold’em Poker.
