Eyes down for North Tipp Online Bingo

Burgess GAA Club and Burgess Duharra Camogie Club have announced the launch of North Tipp Online Bingo, which is commencing this Sunday night, April 25th, at 8pm. The two clubs ran a ‘Drive in Bingo’ in October, which was very well supported and they have now teamed up with Pallas Marketing to coordinate this online bingo on Sunday evenings. The online platform will mean that, regardless of Covid-19 restrictions, the bingo can proceed every Sunday evening.

David Kyne of Burgess GAA Club said there was great reaction to the initiative. “The online bingo has already generated huge interest and sale of bingo cards has exceeded all expectations. Apart from locally, there have been purchasers from ten other counties so far,” said David.

He explained that entrants receive their bingo cards and a Zoom invite by email and then play for €40 for a line, €80 for two lines and €150 for a full house as well as lucky dip prizes between games and a fantastic Snowball Jackpot. “This Snowball will start at €100 in week one and will grow by €50 each week until it is won,” said David.

Laura Carroll of Duharra Camogie Club said that revenues from the Online Bingo will go towards clearing an outstanding debt on recent developments of a hurling wall and AstroTurf playing surface.
