Nolimit City Holding Ltd. will be acquired by Evolution AB in a deal worth up to 340 million Euros. Evolution will pay €200 million in cash upfront and 140 million for Nolims' earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation for the years 2022, 2023, 2024. The transaction is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2022. Evolution's portfolio of online games and technology includes NetEnt, Red Tiger, Big Time Gaming and Noliimitt City.
