Evolution is a step closer to the takeover of NetEnt after the UK’s Competition and Markets Authority gave the deal a final approval.
CMA approves Evolution's takeover bid for Swedish iGaming developer NetEnt. The deal is worth £1.6 billion. Evolution focuses on the development of live dealer games and operates a fleet of games made available worldwide from dedicated casinos. Net Ent is a leading provider of slot gaming experiences. The settlement should begin on December 1 2020 or thereabouts.
Evolution has bought NetEnt. The company wants to establish itself as a leader in iGaming supply chain. It has seen a steady growth this year and in the third quarter. Its profits are expected to double in first half of 2020. It will study Netent's live dealer experience. Evolution received CMA approval in UK for the deal.
