Concessionaires are required to give priority consideration to employing Macau residents when hiring staff. They are also required by law to submit their investment plans for each calendar year to the government by 30 September of the prior year. Concessionaire's loans to directors, shareholders or key employees must be authorized by the Secretary for Economy and Finance.

The locations of the concessionaire's non-satellite casinos will be: MGM Macau, MGM Cotai, Galaxy Macao, Sands Macaon, Venetian MacAon and The Plaza MacCao. Melco's locations include Altira, City of Dreams, Studio City and Mocha. Wynn's location is Wynnn Maccao and Wynni Palace.

Details of new contracts of six casino concessionaires published. The six concessionaire are required to submit an annual premium to the government. Annual fixed premium is MOP$30 million. Variable premium Mop$300,000 for VIP gaming tables, M op$150,00 per non-VIP table and M pon $1,500 per slot machine. Minimum annual variable premium for 500 gaming table per year is $76 million, if there are no VIP tables.
