Danish Watchdog finds Mr Green at Fault over Gambling ad. GAB has taken the time to review the pending case against Mr. Green and reach a verdict.
TV 2 aired a gambling-related ad before a Christmas-themed show called Juleønsket. The show is aimed at children. TV 2 has taken off all gambling ads from its streaming service. GAB has ruled that the ad violated the Gaming Act and the Code of Conduct for the gaming industry. It is the first case brought by Gab. Denmark is considered the safest of all European markets for consumers and children and TV2 is not breaking any rules.
Mr Green received a fine of $3.62 million in the Nordics due to KYC/AML complications. Danish watchdog finds Mr Green at fault over the Christmas Wish ad. He did not know that the ad would be shown before the show.
