Aristocrat Technologies' casino management system will now include Everi Holdings' digital wallet. It follows the COVID-19 pandemic and the notion that the virus could be transmitted across physical cash.
Aristocrat and Everi Holdings announce a partnership to develop a cashless solution for table games, electronic gaming devices and mobile operations. Resorts World Las Vegas raised the bar with its recent grand opening and other casino properties are going to follow suit.
Aristocrat and Everi Holdings have been working together on various initiatives. They are working on a cashless option for Boyd properties in Indiana, Nevada, Ohio and others. They also worked together with Sightline Payments and Boyd Gaming to introduce a digital wallet for the Oasis 360 casino management system. Cashless options offer gamblers more options and reduce security and money-laundering risks.
