Banijay Group and Playtech extend branded game deals with Deal or No Deal Bingo and The Money Drop. Banijy Group completed the acquisition of the iconic Endemol Shine in July 2020. Endenol was a production and distribution company based in Holland with offices in the UK and elsewhere. The company provided scripted and non-scripted content including Big Brother, Deal Or No Show, Fear Factor, The Voice, Masterchef, Peaky Blinders, Black Mirror, Humans, Grantchester, and Tin Star.

PlayTech is expanding its live casino content into the US and Switzerland. The money drop brand will be used in Banija's international RNG animated bingo products.
