Aristocrat revenue up 17.7% in FY22. Revenue was AU$5.57bn (£3.17bn/€3,62bn). It is an improvement on AU $4.73bn in full-year 2021. In the first quarter, Aristocrat agreed terms on a £2. 7bn acquisition of Playtech. PlayTech's shareholders did not back the acquisition, so the deal fell through.

Half of the revenue came from the Pixel United segment, which brought in $2.59bn. The Americas generated $ 2.42bn, while Australia and New Zealand saw $460.7m. International Class III gaming made up the remaining $106.8m of revenue. Cost of revenues was $217. 7m higher than in 2021. Gross profit was up by 25.1% to $3.07bn but other income offset this slightly. Pre-tax profit for the year was $1.22bn up 31.3% and profit increased by 15.6%.
