Tropicana Atlantic City was found to be the casino with the lowest level of diligence in the study. Caesars Atlantic Hotel & Casino was fined $1,632 for allowing minors to gamble there. Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa is the worst offender in New Jersey. Caesars has been fined 11 times and forfeited $57,073. Hard Rock has four previous violations and has forfeitted $14,947. Golden Nugget Hotel & Casino hasn't broken the rules even once in the last five years. The casinos in Atlantic City are on the mend following the plague. They outperformed their pre-COVID revenues in recent years and more people are calling for a smoking ban in casinos.
