A Gladstone mother has left work on a high after discovering her $100,000 life-enhancing windfall from the recent Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot draw.

The Central Queensland resident scored the guaranteed 1st Prize of $100,000 in Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot draw 10499, drawn Tuesday 26 October 2021.

The hard-working woman was oblivious to her good fortune and was on her way home from work when an official from The Lott called to reveal the thrilling news.

“Oh! Oh! Oh my god,” she exclaimed.

“I was confused on why you were calling! I was very curious.

“Is this real? Are you real? I just finished work, and this has made my day!

“I seriously can’t wait to tell my husband and children. They won’t believe me!

“Cooking dinner is off the cards tonight. I’ll have to go out and celebrate!

“I’ve been purchasing an entry into Lucky Lotteries for quite some time now. I usually only win a free ticket. To win $100,000 is amazing.”

When asked how she planned to enjoy her windfall, the elated woman said she’d purchase a new set of wheels.

“I’ve been eyeing off a new car. This has come just at the right time,” she shared.

“How exciting!”

Her winning entry of 10 random numbers was purchased online at thelott.com – the official home of Australia’s lotteries.

The Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot prize is now $4.36 million for draw 1549, while the Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot prize is now $3.75 million for draw 10500.

In the 12 months to 30 June 2021, 136 Lucky Lotteries 1st Prize and Jackpot winning entries across Australia won more than $46.09 million.

During this time, the biggest Lucky Lotteries prize was won by a Coolangatta man who scored a Mega Jackpot prize of $9.41 million in May 2021.

Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot and Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot are raffle-style games, which means there is a set number of tickets in each draw. As each ticket number is unique there is no sharing of prizes.

Each game has two draws – one that determines the winning numbers and one that determines the jackpot number. If the jackpot number matches one of the winning numbers, then the Jackpot Prize is won. If the jackpot number does not match one of the winning numbers, the Jackpot Prize will climb for the next draw.

Tickets can be purchased at any licenced lottery outlet, online from thelott.com or via The Lott mobile app.

The official home of Australia’s lotteries, The Lott operates and markets Australia’s leading lottery games customers know and love creating everyday winners, winning every day.

In the 12 months to 30 June 2021, Australians took home more than 123.7 million prizes worth more than $3.62 billion from their favourite games at The Lott, including Saturday Gold Lotto, Monday & Wednesday Gold Lotto, Powerball, Oz Lotto, Set for Life, Lucky Lotteries, Keno, Super 66, Lotto Strike and Instant Scratch-Its.
